Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Allow a few extra processing days during times of high volume orders. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

We are not responsible for any shipment delays that may result from natural occurrences, holidays, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items due to the carrier. If your item has been lost in transit please contact the carrier service first. The shipping carrier will have more information on the transit of your package. An insurance claim will need to be filed with the carrier.

Shipping addresses can not be changed under any circumstances. If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or other reasons; a refund will be issued to the original payment method minus the original shipping fee.
